I consider it a privilege to help you expand your life!Therapy can be your “gym” for personal growth, an individual “excavation” that unveils the innate wisdom and strengths that you already possess. We begin with the identification and acknowledgment of strengths and resources, and then establish goals and choices that you are wishing for. Then we will move into a collaborative exploration of your present experience, via compassionate, non-judgmental, open awareness of body and mind. Our sessions together may include deep conversation, expressive processes such as journaling or drawing, or quiet, mindful connection with your internal experience and/or body awareness.

I work with adults. Couples and stress/trauma are the key focus of my practice.

My education includes a MA in Counseling/Transpersonal Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, clinical training at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, and an undergraduate degree in Behavioral Psychology from San Diego State University. I am a student of Hakomi and a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner .

It would be my privilege to assist you in your exploration and expansion. Fees generally range from $50-120. Please contact me at (510) 548-1713, ext. 7. For more information and additional resources, see my web page: www.itzinu.com
