Feeling Overwhelmed or stuck?

I can support you in a process of living your life more with greater vitality and deeper connection with yourself and others using present moment experience.  In this way, you can learn to set healthy boundaries, expand your emotional capacity, as well as give and receive love more deeply.

For couples, I combine mindfulness and teaching essential relationship skills, including how to communicate effectively, de-escalate conflicts, and promote good will. I’ll support you to bring your best selves into your relationship.

My presence is personable, responsive, and playful.  I encourage authentic expression, awareness, and embodiment.  While holistic in my approach, my primary therapeutic modes are relational and somatic (mind and body unified).  I have a Masters in Somatic Psychology and training in Hakomi, a mindfulness-based therapy.  My work is also informed by my background in dance, yoga, and massage.

I counsel adults, couples, and children in all areas including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic health conditions, sexuality, personal growth, relationship issues, and life transitions.   I welcome all forms of diversity.

My offices are in located in Oakland (Piedmont area), Berkeley, and Walnut Creek.  I offer an affordable income-based sliding scale fee.
