Hi Friends. Welcome to my practice.

I am a mindfulness, somatic based therapist. I also incorporate other modalities of therapy and I'm always learning. This means that I will teach you skills that help you become more present and aware in your life. I also incorporate the body into my therapy and guide you towards what you are thinking and feeling and how and where these feelings live in the body. When we are more in touch with our bodies we can slow down and have more access to our deeper selves and feelings.

I incorporate CBT into my practice as our thoughts are powerful and our belief systems when not looked at can cause suffering in our lives. I come to my practice with empathy, compassion, deep listening and a desire to understand my clients so that I am able to help them best.

I also have a 10 years experience as a massage therapist and bodyworker and spent several years doing Doula work, helping to bring new life into existence. There are many overlapping skills and similarities in this work that translate well to the therapy room. I look forward to meeting you and assisting in your journey.
