Seeking compassionate, creative, affordable therapy? Want to heal, grow, explore, and get free? I work holistically with children, teens and adults who identify as empaths, trauma survivors, artists, activists, LGBTQ+, bicultural and/or healing justice practitioners. My goal is to support you in living your most authentic, conscious and connected life.

We collaborate to build a nourishing therapeutic relationship that helps you to honor all parts of yourself and to disconnect from oppressive systems and stories. Life is hard and we all need caring, nonjudgmental support.

Oliver, therapy dog extraordinaire, may join us in the therapeutic space, which is warm, comfy and abundant with plants, teas and art supplies. We harness the power of the arts to speak where words cannot, to tap into feelings, to make meaning, and to imagine and embody new possibilities. No skills required, just your open mind and heart.
