Therapy is a way through the things that are hanging you up and holding you back, intended to free you so that you have the energy and capacity to focus on the people and activities you love. I will treat your fears, desires, shame and questions without judgement and with curiosity and patience. If you are suffering from anxiety or depression, therapy can provide real, evidence based relief from your symptoms so that you can move beyond simply getting by.

I am a holistic therapist, an educator and a scientist by training, a curious and open hearted human by nature. Clients appreciate my straightforward honesty and authenticity as well as my humor and down to earth personality.

I am LGBTQI+ and Black Lives Matter allied. I recognize and respect all family configurations, genders, abilities, races, faiths and sexual orientations in my practice. I appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your family.
