Are you navigating a significant life transition—such as a career change, a new stage of family life, or an unexpected loss—that's bringing up feelings of anxiety or inner conflict? I provide specialized, affirming therapy using the Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. IFS is a powerful, gentle, and highly effective way to gain clarity, heal old wounds, and access your inherent wisdom.

I use the evidence-based Internal Family Systems model to help my clients get in touch with all the different parts of themselves. Therapeutic treatment includes a path of re-parenting childhood parts who carry wounds, and learning which adulting skills are needed for your particular path through this world. Relationships deepen as we see each other clearly.

If you are looking for help to connect with and heal the hurting parts of you, or learn the flexibility that enables you to make wise choices for the future, or are hoping as a couple to revive your first love and grow in your uniqueness as a couple, I'm ready to walk that road with you with my "Intimacy from the Inside Out" training and 37 years of marriage
