I am a certified IFS individual and couples therapist ready to walk with you in today's maelstrom. (Bachelor's UC Berkeley). I work as a therapist in California (MA in Counseling Psychology), as a certified Work and Life Coach (UC Davis), and as a Spiritual Counselor (20+ yrs). I love facilitating healing from psychological wounds (therapy), supporting relational growth for individuals and couples (coaching), and assisting in the reconstruction of a spiritual path. I use the well-known evidence-based internal family systems model to help my clients get in touch with all the different parts of themselves. Therapeutic treatment includes a path of reparenting and bringing your wounded inner children into the present. Through insightful observations and thought provoking questions, clients discover their mojo!
