Welcome! Whether you are new to therapy or want to deepen your healing, I am here to support you. My approach is compassionate, trauma informed, and centered on helping you feel more empowered and connected to who you are. I will guide you in compassionately meeting yourself in ways that create the possibility for stuck emotions and patterns to release and evolve.

My approach is informed by therapeutic methods that have helped me, including: internal family systems (parts work), somatics, and expressive arts. These approaches can access deep places that intellectual understanding cannot always go. I especially enjoy working with people who want to be part of the global shift towards a more just and loving world for all. My clients may be from various intersecting communities, including: trans, queer, BIPOC, neurodivergent, kinky, polyamorous, witchy, Deaf, ASL signers, and/or other disabled people.

There is wisdom in the identities and parts of ourselves that we were told to hide. I would be honored to hold space for you on your path of healing. Reach out for a free 15 minute consultation,
I would love to connect with you.
