My practice is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship and through the body. Our earliest experiences—of safety, connection, and belonging—shape how we move through the world, often long before we have words to describe them. When those experiences involve disruption, neglect, or trauma, the body carries the imprint. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, listen, and gently reconnect with the parts of ourselves that learned how to survive. I work from a somatic and relational lens, meaning we pay attention not only to thoughts and behaviors, but also to sensations, emotions, movement, and the nervous system.
Together, we explore how patterns formed in relationship show up in the present, and how new experiences of safety, attunement, and choice can be cultivated within the therapeutic relationship itself. This process allows healing to unfold organically, without forcing insight or revisiting the past in ways that feel overwhelming.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and paced with care. I believe your body holds wisdom and intelligence that can guide the healing process when given the right support. Rather than fixing or pathologizing, we work to build capacity—expanding your ability to feel, connect, and respond to life with greater flexibility and self-trust. Therapy becomes a place to practice being with yourself in new ways, supported by presence, curiosity, and compassion. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to creating a space where you feel safe enough to be real. A space where your experiences are honored, your resistance is welcomed, and your healing unfolds at a rhythm that is uniquely yours. Whether you are seeking support for trauma, relationships, or personal growth, my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your embodied sense of wholeness and belonging.

My approach is somatic and relational, grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy. The modalities I am trained in center and honor the body’s wisdom and the healing power of relationship.
I work with individuals and couples.
