I work with people who feel stuck in repetitive, unfulfilling patterns, especially those healing from trauma or complex trauma and who want to reconnect with their inner sense of safety and self trust. If you’ve found that traditional talk therapy hasn’t fully addressed your experience, my practice offers a body-centered, integrative approach that goes beyond logic and intellect. Together, we co-create a safe space where you can learn to quiet the relentless overthinking, attune to your body’s wisdom, and build resilience in your nervous system. Using somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and depth psychology, I support you in releasing what no longer serves you, transforming unconscious patterns, and cultivating embodied empowerment. My aim is to help you become more grounded, centered, and attuned to your own inner guidance so you can move forward in life with clarity and confidence.

CLINICAL APPROACH

My clinical approach is integrative, humanistic, and relational, rooted deeply in trauma-informed and somatic principles. I believe healing unfolds through a compassionate, attuned therapeutic relationship that honors your unique experience and inner wisdom. Drawing from Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness, and depth psychology, I tailor interventions that engage both the mind and body, supporting nervous system regulation and emotional integration. My work is grounded in the belief that true change happens when clients reconnect with themselves in a safe, embodied way, cultivating resilience, self-trust, and embodied empowerment.
